Every pattern and template in WP Cooper is made of blocks. Blocks are the basic building units in WordPress (for example: text, images, buttons, and columns). You can fully customize these blocks to match your website’s design and branding.
1. Open the Site Editor
- Go to Appearance → Editor from your WordPress Dashboard.
- Select the page or template you want to customize.
2. Select a Block to Edit
- Click directly on any block (for example: a heading, button, or image).
- The block toolbar will appear above the block with quick edit options.
3. Customize Block Settings
On the right sidebar, you’ll see detailed settings for the selected block. Depending on the block type, you can customize:
- Text blocks (Heading, Paragraph, List)
- Change font size, weight, and alignment
- Adjust text and background colors
- Add links or highlight text
- Image blocks
- Replace or upload a new image
- Adjust size, crop, or add alt text for accessibility
- Apply borders or rounded corners
- Button blocks
- Edit button text and link
- Change button style, colors, and alignment
- Columns & Groups
- Adjust layout, spacing, and alignment
- Add background colors or images
4. Rearrange Blocks
- Drag and drop blocks to reorder them on the page.
- Use the List View (left panel) for easier navigation if your page has many blocks.
5. Save Your Changes
After customizing, click Save to apply changes to your live site.
